Professor Kiti Müller is Director of the Brain and Work Research Centre at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. Professor Müller’s areas of expertise include neurotoxicology, neurology, traffic medicine, the brain and ergonomy.
The Brain and Work Research Centre produces information on how the brain and the senses function and how this is influenced by human and/or work-related factors. The Centre conducts research focusing on the impact of sleep, stress and ageing on cognitive functioning and psycho-physiological load. The Centre is also engaged in R&D in the area of health technologies that can be used both in experimental as well as living lab or field studies.
